Content Policy

Photos

• Do not upload photos of identifiable children unless you have written consent from their parent or guardian.
• Photos should show your childcare space, activities, or materials — not close-ups of children’s faces.
• No illegal, sexual, violent, or graphic content.
• No stock photos or photos you do not have rights to use.
• Photos are reviewed by moderators and may be removed if they violate this policy.

Reviews

• Reviews must reflect your genuine personal experience with the provider.
• Do not include children’s personal information — no full names, ages tied to names, school names, or other identifying details.
• Do not include phone numbers, email addresses, or links unless relevant and appropriate.
• Be honest and constructive. Harassment, threats, or discriminatory language will be removed.
• Reviews are public and visible to all visitors.

Messages

• Messages are private between you and the other user.
• Do not send spam, unsolicited promotions, or harassing messages.
• Do not share children’s personal information beyond what is necessary to discuss care arrangements.

Listings

• Provider listings must accurately represent your childcare services.
• Do not misrepresent your licensing status, credentials, or capacity.
• Keep your availability and rates up to date.

Reporting and Moderation

• If you see content that violates this policy, use the “Report” button on the listing or review.
• Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We cannot guarantee specific response times.
• We may hide or remove content, issue warnings, or ban accounts based on the severity of the violation.
• Moderation decisions are at our discretion.

Consequences

• First violation: content may be hidden or removed with a warning.
• Repeated violations: account may be suspended or permanently banned.
• Severe violations (illegal content, threats): immediate ban and potential report to authorities.
